These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of plumberleadsdirect.com (the "Site"), operated by Plumber Leads Direct by AI Commerce ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who the Site is for

The Site is a business-to-business page for owners of plumbing and water treatment companies. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are using the Site for business purposes on behalf of a company you own or are authorized to represent.

2. What the Site does

The Site provides information about our program and a form you can use to request a call back. After you submit the form, we may contact you to book a 15-minute call. Submitting the form does not create a contract, and it does not obligate you or us to do business together. Any services we provide would be covered by a separate agreement.

3. Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit, including your first name, last name, company name, mobile phone number, email address, and city or ZIP code, is accurate and belongs to you or your business. 4. Consent to calls, texts, and email

By submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, by phone call, text message, and email, about our program. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts. You can also ask us to stop calls or emails at any time using the contact details below. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. No payments on the Site

No payments are taken on the Site. Pricing and payment terms for any services, if offered, would be provided separately.

6. No guarantees

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, customers, revenue, or other business results. Results vary from business to business.
